This "add on trick" changes where a website thinks you are located (using what's called an IP address).
Can't guarantee it will work for all, but has worked for many, including me, so it's worth trying!

Click on blue "Continue to Download."
Click on green "Accept and Install."
If a software installation window pops up then click on the Install Now button.
Wait for the plugin installation to complete.
Click on the Restart Firefox button.
Surf to VMA's Voting Pages:

2) BEST FEMALE VIDEO
(make sure you're using Firefox)
In that new window, click "Modify Headers" and then the Options button.
A window will pop-up.
Near the top of the pop-up, use the drop down list to select Add.
Enter the following text in the text boxes:
Copy & paste in first text box: X-Forwarded-For
Copy & paste in second text box: 12.13.14.15
Leave the third text box blank.
Click on the Add button.
Ensure that there is a green dot next to the new header (means it is active).
LEAVE THE MODIFY HEADERS WINDOW OPEN
